GFI Hospitality

GFI Hospitality was retained on behalf of Geolo Capital, owner of Commune Hotels + Resorts (now
Two Roads Hospitality) to serve as the Owner’s representative in connection with the conversion of the Chicago Athletic Association building into a 225 luxury lifestyle hotel.  This 1890’s long-vacant Venetian Gothic landmark will be transformed into an iconic with commanding views across Millennium and Maggie Daley Parks to Lake Michigan.  

Designed by Roman & Williams—winner of the 2014 Cooper Hewitt National Design Award— the Chicago Athletic Association hotel is slated to open in the spring of 2015.
