GFI Hospitality

Sarve Eshtehardi joined GFI Hospitality in 2017 as a Senior Associate of Acquisitions and Development. As a member of the hospitality team she is primarily responsible for sourcing, underwriting and structuring hospitality investments and developments, as well as covering asset management for existing portfolio properties. 

Prior to joining GFI, Sarve was an analyst with JLL’s Hotel Investment Banking Team focused on raising debt and equity for hotel owners and developers. Along with many other responsibilities, Sarve’s concentrated efforts included financial underwriting, market research and preparation of offering memoranda and pitch materials while facilitating the closing of single and portfolio transactions secured by full service, resort and select service hotels in the US and Canada. Prior to joining JLL’s Hotels and Hospitality group, Sarve gained over four years of experience working in Project Management Development and Transactions Management at JLL where she was responsible for managing a portfolio of national and international accounts and development projects in New York City. 

Sarve earned her M.B.A from NYU Stern School of Business with specializations in Real Estate and Corporate Finance and holds a B.A. from the University of California Irvine. Additionally, she is an active board member of the Urban Land Institute – Young Leaders Group, the Stern Real Estate Club Alumni Board and is a member of the WX Women in Real Estate Mentorship committee.
